Web Office Systems Ltd was established in 2002 and has evolved by building customer facing applications that solve the day to day challenges faced by businesses. We have always ensured that our team are passionate about customer service, the solutions we provide and the people we work in partnership with. Our team who are based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire have a broad range of commercial and development knowledge and experience. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and have been ISO 9001 accredited since 2007.

  • Implementation of a mobile app connected to FuseMetrix for a commercial vehicle breakdown company
  • Full implementation of an ERP and e-commerce solution for a design, manufacture and supplier of furniture to the UK hospitality trade market.

The Team

We pride ourselves on the abilities of our team throughout the business. Our technical team have a great understanding of our clients businesses, allowing them to add value for the long term. They are not the type of people who like to stay away from customers and are often found on customers' sites working with end users to help and make improvements to how they do their job. Customers are initially supported by our Service Delivery team who will seek to log and resolve queries quickly or escalate through to the technical team where necessary. Our admin department keeps our own business running smoothly, using our own system, FuseMetrix in the same way as many of our clients do. Our team is empowered and encouraged to make decisions in the best interest of our clients and our own business but know they are supported by the management team when needed. We are fortunate to have a superb office location, overlooking attractive lakes in Furzton, Milton Keynes.

Our Services

Clients, new and old come to us for advice on helping their business to run more efficiently and more profitably through the use of technology and process improvement. We take the time to understand the immediate issues faced and the long term objectives of our clients. This means working with people throughout the organisation and gaining buy-in at an early stage to the change process that new systems often deliver. Data migration is a key aspect of most projects, we are able to review and make recommendations to how best extract, combine and import existing data into a new system. Once we have understood what is needed we are able to propose a solution. This will often benefit from our previous experience and systems implementations. Solutions are typically based around the FuseMetrix application but will at times need to link with other systems or may require a mobile application to be developed to assist field based employees. Where we are creating a solution based on the FuseMetrix platform we have a tried and tested project plan to make sure this is done efficiently, to budget and on time. We make sure we have people on site when the system goes live, not only to provided training but often simply to be there to reassure people and to be a point of contact during a time of change. Once a system has gone live our clients are supported by our service delivery team and a member of our management team will be assigned to take overall responsibility for the ongoing relationship.
